At Almarh, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

🔄 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at almarh.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Once your item has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as evidence.
We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and credited to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  • Contact your bank.

🔄 Exchanges (Product Replacement)

We accept product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are available for the same product only (in case of size, color, or defect).
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the exchange shipping cost.
  • If the exchange is requested for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.
