🚚 Shipping & 📦 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel order:
    We allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours after you place it. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email (almarh.store@gmail.com) with your order information and reason. Our customer service team will review and cancel your order if eligible.
  • Shipping:

Shipping Time

You will receive the item within 7 - 10 days of placing your order. Below is our shipping policy:

Order delivery timeframe is divided into:

  1. Processing time: 1–2 business days
  2. Shipping time: 6–8 business days

Note: During peak seasons or sales, delivery might take slightly longer.

  • We offer express delivery (excl. weekends & holidays) for orders placed before 7:30 PM Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days.
  • Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these costs. Almarh Store cannot estimate or cover these during checkout.
  • We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or EMS. Your local postal service will handle the final delivery after arrival in your country.
  • Please do not refuse packages due to customs fees. If abandoned in customs, refunds will not be possible.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect/missing address are non-refundable. Reshipping is possible at the buyer’s expense.

How to track your delivery:

Tracking information is emailed within a few days after shipment. If you've just received a shipping notification, please allow 1 to 2 business days for tracking info to update.
